Unknown GM Command

Hi guys, does anyone know about the GMcommand SET_ITEM and REPLACE_NPC ?
I came to know there is a GM command which is accepting in server and says OK... does anyone know?

Please someone try using @¼¼Æ®/x zzz in your server and check.
where x = item code and
zzzz = unknown..

is it a setting drop percentage??
