Hmm. Are you trying to make a image editor or what ?

Btw, it cant view pics with higher res than ur screen, then it cuts some of it out.

Im uploading new file now
updates are you can choose different types of borders
different color borders
and a remove border bottom

thats whats the up and down button is for it makes screen bigger

nah u didn't make it, it's one of the first tutorials u learn when doing vb in 24 hours (or w/e that eBook was called). Still got source files from it ^^

It's basically all done for u, and only thing u got to do is copy/paste.
