i made another webbrowser but this one it atleasy faster than firefox or ie
only lacking on options it have some but still working on a few here i got a release

No options. No real thought, coding or considerable amount of effort has gone into it.

What the hell? faster than firefox or internet explorer? WRONG. Considering your browser is running off either one of them. (Most likely I.E)

I think he means that it doesn't have addition feature's surround (like a good security, cookie manager or ad-blocker?) that eat up your RAM. So it could be slightly faster then IE, but the engines are equivalent.

I would've been impressed if you wrote your own rendering engine. This is just drag and drop.

"Hello World" is easier. You don't need todrag and drop there.

Yeah, but Delphi uses some windows implemented library's since it does not req .NET.

But it is IE engine and it's name is WebBrowser1 by default.
