Version Too Low

Everytime I try to do something (even without editing ) it says my client version is too low.

I re do the virtual box steps and have my server working fine after changing '05' to '07' then it works perfectly and I can run ./world.sh.

Now then I can't run cultivation maps, if I try to run ./culti.sh it will say my version is too low, If I even go on that thing to let me look into PWServer and open a file it will say it also,

Now-

It still says version too low on '07'
and I was hoping that you guys may have solved a problem like this before and would know how to help me ?
