Voucher problem!

Hello i tried to add cabal Voucher item in game with itemID:2366 and Option:5000.

The problem is when i try to use it in game i get "Cannot use the item"..

So is there anyone that knows the way how to fix it?

dont send voucher with mail. use dbo.up_AddMyCashItemByItem stored procedure
