Hello, this is my first time designing a web hosting template, tbh it doesnt look that bad, but C&C would be helpfull

I like that you've kept it simple it wouldn't look too bad with some decent graphics.

Like others have said, it seems more of a mockup/sketch/plan for a site, rather than a template. Try adding backgrounds, gradients, borders, and making sure stuff is lined up correctly.
