Weird error with DumpItems and DumpQuests.

Hello everyone. I have been having a hard time dumping things with the Lithium .bat dump files.

I get this error with DumpQuests and DumpItems:

Any help is appreciated.

Does the bat say this?

It does! I believe the error is somewhere in the WZ files. Maybe they have some text with foreign characters or something, but I'm not so sure..
