Will the Universe team / any pserver ever bring this class to life?

Looking at the skill descriptions above, and knowing that Puppeteer was nothing more than a concept kind of class showing us on more about what was meant to be planned if Gala ever continued this...
Puppeteer was casting string/marionette control kind of skills.
Gatekeeper used a gun.
Doppler/Doppelganger was some kind of a summoner.

I know some private servers already tried making this, one had a summoner type of class and another had a gunner class too, but what do you guys think? Will it ever be finished and released by the Universe team? or maybe it'll give the private server community some more ideas on how to improve the concept itself and make it even better than the previous private servers?

p.s - there also were some unreleased / removed magician skills too but that'll be saved for another day
