One problem some people are having is when they finished installing windows 7 see that their window borders are not transparent like vista. This is caused by them having old or outdated graphic cards which cannot support the transparency affect. And these people are left with very boring and basic style of window border. So i was looking for a solution and came across this FREE tool that gives you the vista style transparency affect.
