Hello ragezone!
Since there's no movement in the development of Rusty Hearts I've decided to kickstart some Open Source projects.

Rusty Hearts Table Tool
A C# Windows Forms application to encrypt/decrypt the Rusty Hearts table files (.rh files) to a editable format.

Getting Started
To get started with this tool, simply download the latest release from the GitHub repository.

Formats
The Rusty Hearts Table Tool supports two output formats:
- XML - 2 formats
- XLSX

Usage:

1. Select the "Encrypt" or "Decrypt" radio button.
2. Select the file type of you want to use (XLSX or XML).
3. Drag and drop the files you want to encrypt or decrypt in the text box.
4. Once the process is complete, the files will be saved in the "Output" folder in the program directory.
