    1 question

a friend told me that in usa the law system says (when there is a judgment)
"guilty untill its proove the oposit" ( i dont remember the exact words )

And here in South america its the oposite

"Inocent till its proove the oposit" some days ago i read about a country that is changin this to the usa mode
and i think its the best , why a "Guilty person" should be in freedom till its judgment?

innocent until proven guilty, all it means is that a person cannot be punished until they are proven to have done whatever is claimed without a doubt

LoL...yes legally it's supposed to be "innocent until proven guilty"...but often times it may seem like what you said. But it's like that everywhere.

    Re: 1 question

There's curruption in the police and govenment so "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't always apply.

    Re: 1 question

    yes it does always apply,

corruption still needs to prove guilty,

unless the lawyers or judge is guilty

So you're saying, for you, it's "guilty until proven innocent"?

    That's kind of messed up.
