1850. :d
i was somewhere around 2650-2700 and i lost count so ill restart from 2650
Made it to 2000!
Wow, that's really like right?!
8000 more to go ! :D
It's nice that you're setting yourself milestones. It helps to keep you motivated.
Yea!
Because i'm trying a wide vareity of it, i will be dropping from 100 to 50 to try knuckles.
So 2 sets of knuckles ( 50 per set) so it's 100 per day.
Did 2200 !
Starting knuckles from tomorrow onwards :)
Seems like lesser people are doing this or continuing this :(
Tomorrow I am going to do 20 pushups on the hour for 9 hours during the day
You guys seem to be absolutely blazing through these.
Are you sure you're perfecting your technique so that you get the most out of it, both physically and mentally? It shouldn't be easy. Sure, it's a challenge to see how long it takes you to complete 10,000, but it's not a race.
It's no good doing 10,000 shitty pushups in say, a month. It'd be better to do 10,000 nye on perfect pushups in 3 months and come out generally physically fitter.
Well, I've decided to start over from tomorrow, will take a bit slowly since I havent recovered fully from my last injury.
2600,
own my own pace.
2800,
yea man.
It's gonna be 3000! :d
three thousand!
Wha...
Seems so dead ;(
3000 :D
@drzboy, you do know that there has to be at least 1 day (24hs) until you post again in the same thread, otherwise it is double posting .. anyway. I've been pretty busy with studies lately and have had the time to do much pushups. I'm currently at 300.
There's always time for pushups! Even if you stagger them throughout the day. Doing so will have a poor effect on your muscle growth, but at least you're doing them rather than lazing out.
True :] But still rushing them will do no good.
What do you mean rushing? Because there's one thing for that, that forcing your strength in push can make you slim and better in doing that. (mean for that slim and better is, instead of pushing up slow, when you push up quick by forcing yourself for it will make you stronger)
@extratra, it's already the next day, so it wasn't a double post...
If it is, my apologies.
3200! :D
ill update my count when i get home, im at an engagement party, and it blows.
When I told him not to make post one after another I meant not to double post since, when I told him that between his last posts there were 20hs, not 24. About the rushing thing, I meant that if you over do it you can easily get an injury. You done believe me or think I'm wrong? Ask everyone who knows a thing or two about sports and training.
More reps = muscular endurance.
More weight = muscular strength.
Thanks for cleaning up!! And you guys keep training!
sounds like fun + healthy
i do pushups every night since couple of weeks started with 10 and then arms were worn out xD
now i do 50 push ups each time before i go to bed
ill start counting today
I was hella bored and i decided to do till 3500!
Good luck @ DemonMithos ;)
3500? Thats nice .. I havent done any recently. :/
