Now here's a question, how are the times being recorded? Are you using laser sensors at the starting and end positions hooked up to a computer to precisely measure the time delay between the start and end of the sprint? If not then you're times are not valid, I'm sorry.
As for being 16, that's the prefect age for these gains. Now just don't expect to gain any more. You're leg muscles (males) are fully developed around 16 and if you are perfectly trained then don't expect to see any more results. They most you can hope fore is 10% gain and that's after a few more years of training. That's science baby, now deal with it.

Laser sensor hooked up to a special timer,when i run across that space(End of the line:20cm width),boom the timer freezes.
