Well maybe it's something else edited and not the eyes...
A few weeks ago we mentioned that the headers of JPEG images created by Adobe's Photoshop image editor contain three tags - JFIF, Adobe and Ducky - indicating the file is in JPEG File Interchange Format and produced by an Adobe program called Ducky.

rofl that happens if you cough all the time, thats some special kind of illness, you cough constantly like hmmm 2 weeks? and then the eyes are so much under presure that it seems like there are bloody, buts its just under the eye surface, that shit popped and the blood got out... saw somebody who had that, damn that dude looked scary, but after u know what really is happening all the magic is lost T_T
looks to me like he tryed hanging himself. Presure to the eyeballs... maybe someone found him in time. his lips dont seem pale enough to be dead
