Yea, i used to suck at doing puch-ups, but as I'm getting back inot my exercise routine again, I'm noticing that I can do more and more rather quickly. Hopefully if i get into this rhythm of push-ups and sit-ups and possibly jogging when the weather gets nice, i'll look a little better by the summer-time.

Hehe I guess it could be what I don't eat.... Lately I've only eaten like 1 or maybe 2 meals a day. Not really hungry lately. Any reasonable food I should eat to get the energy I need to work out? (reasonable as in $$$ some health books what mean to eat 5 star food that costs over 30$ to make.....)

Eat cottage cheese for protein aswell, like 14 grams protein in one spoon o.0

Ethereal 42 pushups is what you need to pass AIT...
Basic Training= 50% which is 36 Pushups.
AIT= 60% which is 42 Pushups.
Cameron are you still in high school and doing split-opt? or are you out of school and going to basic and AIT at the same time or what?

Pushups...the fact that your muscles can't regain energy in 3 hours is a problem. You're not eating properly, or you're not drinking properly (water). then eat smaller meals, do you eat breakfast? if not that's a must
tbh in the time scale you have right now it will make a very small difference the biggest thing now is ur mental strength, if you really want to get in then you will
if you being all half assed about it just pretending you're making an effort then you wont get in, it's as simple as that

as with the diet change, ur wont have big enough gains in 2 weeks to get the cahnges ur aiming for from vitamins, however i am not saying they are a bad idea! I take vitamins every day

Regen as in take a while to stop aching? Do the sports drink really help then? I guess the hydration and all would be good. Hmm I'll check it out.

Well, regen as in the time it takes to be able to exercise again with them. Of course a sports drink won't get them back to full capacity. Because your muscles have been damaged and it'll take a few days to restore them. Which is good because this is how you're muscles grow.
But drinking a sports drink will supply your muscles with a fresh supply of sugars, which they need to be able to operate.

Those who are Slightly Over average Weight, Or even quite a bit, will get 'built' alot faster when training. Because there is more fat to be convered to muscle. At least thats what i heard.

Thanks all for the info/opinions. I started to take vitamins last night so hope this will help in the future (it has a lot of vitamins in it and says to take 2 a day... better have a lot of vitamins things taste like shit).
I'll be sticking to what my recruiter said to do so if it doesn't work at least I followed what I was told to do. I'm going to go jogging in a bit gonna wait for the food to settle down a little, don't want it coming back up.
About my muscles.... funny thing >.> my arms feels ok but now my chest hurts XD. I tried some sit ups last night and I can easy to the amount needed to enter but I'll still practices that too so I can do better.
Thanks again and wish me luck. This site/forum has been a good place for the longest of times (sense I messed with emulators :P).
