If you installed 2.4 firmware you have to take out the harddisk and plug it in your pc and format it (that's what i heard atleast :X). It should fix the problem, or something. I dont know for sure cause i dont have a PS3 :p

Nope, because it was delayed and I have a funny feeling that's what's caused it. My notion behind it is complicated, don't ask.
