Pieman i don't know about your physical shape but i can tell you that if i did those 50 push ups straight without stoping the word would not be adrenaline xD It would be passed out.

Just like Pieman said to me though. Most people dunno what there doing when it comes to working out. Form is so important within exercise, you'll find that if your performing them properly then they'll tier you out much more then you'd originally thought.

LOL! I have lucid dreams all the time, it's pretteh fun and scary at the same time. I once made me own porn movie (I really did) But it wasnt fun when I woke up if you know what I mean :P
