A few Suggestions.......

Alright just a disclaimer.. I'm bored so just hear me out.. I don't expect anything out of this, just a few suggestions for the forum..

1)Would be nice if avatars were 100x100. Since anyone can have an avatar now maybe if you have like 500 posts or more you can have a bigger avatar?
2)Smilies in signature
3)Mod's name glow? I thought that was a feature but maybe it's not. And maybe not for all mods but for supermods whatever, would be cool
4)Stuff like level/exp bar stuff like that's pretty cool, just not TOO much like some forums where one persons profile has like 6 different things on it (like totalformat.com)

Anyone else think of anything? I just notice it gets a bit too quiet around here and hope to liven things up a bit :P Seems a vast majority of the ppl are on the MU boards, and a lot of vets here never post anymore :(

Even if nothings to come of it I wanted to finally write it down and see what others thought :good:

I like those ideas :), the avatar one makes the most sense, it's so annoying having to reduce the size into a size so small that you can only see the microscopic hairs on the eyebrow of the person in the avatar, there just too small, also the other ideas are good, well done.

i dont care about 1,2,3 but an advice on number 4....
This will heavily encourage spam because no one wants to be a low level so everyone will post random crap to be a high level.On another forum i am here how it goes.

HP: number of posts
MP: number of days subscribed to the forum
EXP: EXP is calculated depending on how many words your post was.Words like lol rofl lmao and crap like that arent counted
Level: Well exp is added and you level up :)

Thats about it....I have to admit this "system" went through a lot of phases because at the start was heavily spamed to gain levels wich was easy.By then the exp was counted by nuber of posts...and they changed it so you can go 100 level at 1 trilion posts :drooling1
Then they made it as explained above.
Anyway i think it will be a good idea if you are more strict about spaming

Meh, Mod Glow thing was on for a few days then it was scraped, I liked my glow :P. In any case, I think all those ideas are good Becky, but I dunno if Dan would be willing.

1)Seeing as the max is 80x80, 100x100 should hurt with 500 posts... however may increase spam to get there... who am i kidding half the forum is spam :P

How about people below 16 get offensive words starred out, this prevents kids seeing stuff like "F**k you" etc.etc. but people 16 and over can see :) dunno if it can be done though :/
