There aren't any themes for VB 3.7 yet. You ignorant knob.
I have been able to fix old skins and make them compatible with 3.7.0. Basically all you need to add are security tokens. Like this;

But, I'm getting used to this one. We'll have a new skin soon enough.

I gotta admit I've become more used to this skin over the past while.
I just stuck to the old default on my forums (back in the day) but I've seen alot of 3.7.0 using custom skins/themes.
There are more important things that must be done first, changes are still being made.
