If he's living in an area where the only source of internet is though rather shit wireless connections, do you seriously think they will be investing millions into a 4g network near him in the next 10+ years? 4g in the UK has barely taken off, is currently with 1 company, has fuck all coverage unless you are in the middle of a city (where the number of people using it is high anyway, making the connection meh) and the cost of it is retarded.


I still say his best bet is long range wifi to a friends house who has access to a wired connection.
