What type of forum moderator are you?
My Result: Very Neutralist

You are a very laid back moderator. You carefully think out your decisions before you make them, but this usually leads to very slow progress on your part. Odds are that you will screw up less as you go along, though. You do not believe in small staff and support a large moderating team. You have no desire to get involved with staff conflicts and you believe they are all wrong. Though rules exist on the board, you believe these should be seen only as guidelines and should be changed to adapt to every situation.

You take orders from no one. Not members and not other moderators. You likely believe that you are never wrong, yet chances are you are right about a few things at least. Conflicts are a norm for you, because you are not laid back at all. This can effect your credibility amongst some, but can strengthen it amongst others. You prove countless times your determination to keep the forum running efficiently at all costs. You strictly believe in firm chain-of-command.
