I went to Gym for 2 weeks started day one with 1hour ended in the last week with 5 hours a day, at minimum.
Went from being 90 to 100kg in weight. I can easily build up muscles...
Also I didn't lose that much fat I rather gained Muscles and the fat stayed xD, So that was the last time I went to the gym I even have scars on my arms xD But that was before I went to the gym from doing no work at all to start working in some wood loggers company xD
So I am just saying that it really depends on person to person.
XD I don't even think its possible to go from 1 hour to 5 hours that fast without seriously injuring yourself.
I'm laughing hard at that guy above lol. Most steroid abusers would be even lucky on a heavy 15 week cycle to put on 20lb of quality muscle but to have someone say they did it in 2 weeks is the most absurd thing i've ever heard, its crazy lol. I like that guy, lol.
Its called dog crap.
not sure if srs...

Pls go.
brb jay cutler
I was watching Jay Cutler videos earlier and the guy is a stud. Personally I think he has abused HGH too much and his body is just silly but watching his workouts and the weight he throw up making it look effortless made me feel like a girl, same when I watch Ronnie Coleman.
there is absolutely no point in you you working out for more than an hour or two as an absolute max.
You don't build muscle in the gym, you build it while you sleep, and your body can only build so much each night.
if you put on 1kg of muscle that would be huge gains.
Cut out anything unnecessary you eat throughout the days (sodas, snack foods, pastries, etc) and replace it with stuff like fruits/granola/etc.
Easiest way to keep yourself dedicated to exercise (for me at least) is to find a buddy. You two can make sure that the other person isn't slacking off.
1-eat 3 meals per day , at least 5 hrs bet each one
Breakfast is very important for the metabolism
2- do any exercise like jogging or walking for more than 40 mins
3- stop eating fast and junk food , focus on protein meals like chicken and fish
voila :)
