Actually twilight will probably bore the shit out of you and your girl, there are only a few scenes in the movie that actually keep you watching, most of it is very fake...as in emotionally, monotonous...bland.

Twilight for sure. But yeah it's not yet even on torrents in dvd version, not talking about shops.
I watched it in the cinema few days ago with my gf and we loved it - in the movie it also shows how strong is love and what will people do just to protect the other. And don't listen to others which say that it will be booring - it ain't booring at all (well it could be booring if you only watch horror movies and don't give a sh** about love movies).
Australia is also pretty good. Though haven't seen it, but saw trailer and it looks very good.
Well and I will never forget movie "The Notebook". It's the best love movie I have seen probably. It's old I think - made in 2004, but still it's awesome.
Tristan & Isolde is good since it covers mostly love and besides that, it has a good action also.
Pride & Prejudice very good movie also.

Are you kidding me the acting was ridiculous. If you were a girl and you found out that some dude is a vampire, you wouldn't act the way she did, so emotionless it was lame. It shows how strong love is, please...they barely knew each other, the only reason he wanted to be with her was because he couldn't read her mind or whatever.
She knew nothing about him, but chose to jump into it.
I actually do like legitimate love movies...this however was not one, with terrible acting, and an even worse story line, only the teenage girls that read the book would actually enjoy it.
