In few months I am gonna be 19 and I am 5'7-8 and I don't give a single fuck.
But if plan on career where height is critical then good luck.
That is the stupidest thing I have ever seen.
The only thing you'll do doing that is possibly injure your spine.
HGH won't make you taller as such, it just stimulates IGF-1 receptors in your muscle (smooth and not smooth unfortunately, see: organ growth), which can do some serious damage if used incorrectly.
If he is at his 'max height', his growth plates will already be in the process of closing. this can happen anywhere between the ages of 16-23ish
Eating a good diet is the 'right' answer here. If you eat a good balanced diet and make sure you are eating enough you will ensure you grow to your body's full potential.
Stretching can only really help you if you stand with bad posture and slouch.
At the end of the day, some people are tall, some people are short. That's life.
Yeah but then it has its disadvantages...rebounding and finding a way to shoot so you won't get blocked by another defender...It's also harder to get steals and blocks as well as your short arms won't be able to reach in or reach up high
Yeah probably...but how about Yao Ming? he's 7'6? that's extraordinary LOL, 'black' people are seemingly tall but it varies

Yeah I do worry about my height and how people portray my age as...that's one of the reasons too, I'm suppose to look like a high school graduate but people mistake me for a year 10 boy....that I don't like, I prefer being 'mature' and 'TALL' hahahaha
Alright...I'll try using your method in conjuction to my eating habits hahahahaha...yeah I love sleep, is there a certain time for sleep? Like, I sleep at 11 usually...get up around 9 but it's holidays now, sleep at like 1...and get um at like 10
I try to get a 10 hour sleep on my schedule

I think your height is pretty decent if I'm around 5ft6...some of my friends are way shorter (they are too asian and study too much)

Yeah I sometimes slouch when I walk, it's a bad habit I guess, yeah keep my back straight is to the thing and eat a healthy diet...
A lot of the height has to do with genetics. You can help by eating and sleeping properly though. Sounds simple but most people don't eat enough or sleep enough.
Try jumping constantly man.
Wouldn't that make it worse o.O
By sleeping we grow like half inch and during day shrink half inch cause of disks (no idea what those are called in english).
So jumping would cause those disks to shrink, perhaps.
Reminded me that my old friend told me that when doing pull ups, go down all the way, that way you can grow perhaps. Again it's just theories/rumors/whatever people are saying around.

Honestly, though, do not worry about it. There are a ridiculous number of disadvantages to being tall. For one, I actually have to stoop to kiss my girlfriend. Also, I hit my head on like... everything, and there is no end to the bad puns. Unless you're a ridiculously obese freak, which is doubtful, I'm sure you're fine as you are. Not only that, but it's more impressive to see a short guy doing well in sports than it is to see a tall guy succeeding. AND IGNORE THE PEOPLE WHO SAY THERE'S ACTUALLY A RELIABLE WAY TO GET TALLER, THEY'RE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO CLICK THE POPUP ADS THAT ADVERTISE PENIS GROWTH.

Height was dictated by your bone length(more or less) lass time I checked, ergo. It's not possible to make yourself grow anymore then genetics tell to you. Anyone who says otherwise is spewing bullshit. You can't force your bones to grow anymore then they're supposed to, unless you have some type of serious surgery or medical alteration to your genes.
Stretching makes you taller temporarily. As you stretch the muscles they will retain there stretched shape but gradually return to there original state. This happens when you sleep, you are taller when you wake up as your muscles have been relaxed for many hours. Though, once you get further into the day you will go shorter :P
that stretching torture that was used like 300 years ago, I heard that works. Joke.

My dad is around 6foot (a bit taller when he was a bit younger, since he's shrunk now)
and I'm only 5'5...and my growth spurt is over...yeah I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables! hope I can achieve 6 foot! Thanks for the replies guys
