I also say yes because when you have a job and you are married and have kids you really dont have time to play unless u retire. As i see my parents they are working till 7 PM and they come home eat, shower watch TV and then go to sleep.. so at the age of 45 they dont have time to do anything. but i am alrdy taking classes for video game design so yea...

Well, it's true, the more things you have on your todo list the less time you have for fun stuff, ie video games.

However, it is very important you make time to do something extracurricular, as you know that saying, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" and "A person who never takes time off from work becomes boring and bored.".

Gotta find time to do what you love to do or all the times you are doing the things you have to do you may end up going crazy or become a boring old bitty.

acording to the 50-yeard-olds i used to play everquest with, no
You miss the point here people!
its not about "will you play games all day when you're old/grown up"
its the above sentence, WITHOUT "all day"
Yes, i will still play when i've grown but there is a high chance i wont do as much.I hope i can have a nice living with a good 4 hours of free time for gaming

My mom has always played games, and she still does, she plays mir3.

Personally i don't think there is a real age when you should quit games, sure you might say at some point to stop playing mmorpgs as afterall it's mostly teenagers playing it, but not games altogether.

Going to say again - last reply I was in a rush, coulden't type much.

It's differen't for all people. Some adults still play (and I know some) FPS. I haven't personally seen any adults playing mmorpgs yet. It all depends on the type of person. What would you prefer doing; Playing 6+ hours of games a day or stepping outside that doorstep of yours and meet up with your mates?

    I know what I'd choose.

question in one: Yes & No to being too old to play games!
