Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping. As in, my mind is running all the time while trying to sleep. Thinking it was tied to me doing pretty much nothing, I've changed my routine, as I'm retaking some exams to get into a better Uni. So my schedule is pretty much wake up at 8 am, study till 2 pm, workout for an hour - 2, MMA class, work and afterwards just sitting on the comp till about 11pm. I mean, I feel pretty tired getting through the day, and coffee's been my savior thus far, but it's gotten to the point that it's having an impact on my mood and well being.
I just can't figure out why it's happening. I initially thought this was a result of me being physically inactive, as this has been happening ever since I left the army, so I decided to uphold a routine the same way I used to in the army. Now, my life has become a lot more structured, and I'm feeling better/more confident overall, but still hasn't had any impact on my sleeping issues.
I've just recently started a business, we've got a huge partnership deal, and it's been a lot to consume. I'm also moving out with a friend, and we're renovating the appartement, but it's taking unusually long and it's having an economical impact on me, so I've been thinking about that as well. However, what I think about the most is my carrier. Most of my peers have already started on their degrees, while the army set me back a year. My grades were good enough, but apparently I'm laking some pre-reqs, to attend the course I want to take. So I have to waste another year on that. I've always known what I wanted to do in life, from a pretty young age, as far as my education goes, so it's pretty messed up that I'm missing subjects I should've taken whilst in High school.
P.S: If someone's gone through similar issues, I would appreciate some feedback on how you coped with it. (PM's)
