Poor little thing, mum told me about this and I struggled to listen it's horrible, it got me so mad. Even my mum said they should be hung and she's a very devote christian. Personally I think they should have their spines snapped over a banister, and have all their finger tips removed. An eye for an eye, would definitely stop them doing something this cruel again.

Honestly people, stop being so fucking sensitive, something like this happens weekly but no, you only make a big deal about it when someone posts a thread about it. There are horrible people in this world, you aren't babies you, you should know this by now, so stop acting like you never thought somebody could do this.

Few weeks ago parents were jailed for keeping their child locked in a cellar for 2 years. But are you making a big deal about that? No, cos nobody made a thread about it. 8 months is nothing compared to 2 years.

I know where you're coming from, but 17months of torture to a new born is pretty intense man. This is one of the cruellest things I have heard in a long time so I'm not suprised people are making a bug fuss. I just wonder what will happen to the accused, I bet they do not get what they deserve (yes, I'm trying to tempt fate)

I heard about this on GMTV. I think its horrific how the parents of Baby P aren't made to be tortured by anyone and everyone they have ever caused pain to. Nothing could help them now after what they have done, and there is no excuse for torturing a child.

I myself have been following this tragic story ever since it was reported on. My views on this are strong, just like the views of nearly every British individual living in the United Kingdom. I shall choose to ignore the immature who believe this is somewhat hilarious, for they are not mentally ready yet to understand such a serious issue. I also believe those who find this funny also laugh at the word sex, so why should I frankly bother responding to any views on this? Personally, those wreckless comments left by some users are insensitive and spiteful and be thankful that it's only a minority of users who one day shall grow up and come to realise their immaturity.

This story has affected a lot of people emotionally. I know some people who have cried due to this story. I know some people who vomitted due to this story. The reality is, this baby, who could not defend himself nor understand the situation fully, was subjected to the worst torture and pain imaginable. His mother, his mother's boyfriend and the lodger should have cared for him, but instead they paralysed him from the waist down, punched and kicked him, removed his fingernails, cut open his head, gave him black eyes and hit him in the mouth so hard it knocked out a tooth, which he swallowed. That poor child must have been so scared during his entire life but the sad thing was, he could not do anything about it. He had nobody there to stick up for him.

Well now that he is deceased, he has over a million people on his side! Social workers visited 60 times and still left him in the care of those b*stards. A doctor failed to diagnose his broken back. His bruises and cuts were covered with chocolate to try and hide his physical wounds. This story is one of the most sickening I have ever read in my life.

Those who done this to him can only serve a maximum of 14 years in jail, but what I and many more ask for the death penalty instead. Those in government who failed to realise he was the subject of evil should be sacked, but they still have their jobs (at the moment).

I type this now with strength as I hold back my tears. All I want now is those three who murdered this baby to be executed by the state or murdered by somebody inside prison, and I want those who failed to recognise the beatings (i.e: the doctor, the social workers) should lose their jobs.
