Rather than playing global find a server with open dataserver ports and play like the rest, with tons of cheats, dupes and created items. xD it's almost like global, but free :P
You probably saw it in someone's shop. People only put wings in their shop when they have the max ammount of money in their inventory (that way, people can only see the shop, not buy from it). Atm wings (level 1) cost 100+ bless (not sure about the exact number but it's above 100 bless anyways).
Btw, I only play on server 6-13 with my elf chars (for CC1). I create new accounts to be able to keep playing there (new accounts can temporarily use premium servers) and transfer wind set+7+12+L to each new account when I cant use it @ premium servers anymore.
My level 100 DK (guildmaster) is stuck on server 1-3, which are the free servers. 5x EXP event starts in about 10 days I believe (check the site). On premium server this means 15x EXP = lvl 50 in like 2 hours (more or less).
At the moment 1 plate item +5/+6+12+L costs 40kk-80kk (atm 1 soul is about 55kk-60kk and bless is 25kk-30kk) depending on who you buy it from and which item you're buying (armor costs more than boots obviously).
Dragon Items +X+12+L can be insanely expensive, seen someone asking more than 4s (he didnt agree to my 4s offer at the time) for 1 item (+7+12+L). He even asked 3s for a dragon pants+0+12+L (which I declined). Dragon set +3+12 is about 30kk.

Making it yourself is cheaper. Next time I'll only combine items at 99% or 100% though. Losing all those jewels aint nice.
