There are some ways to unlock it at moment just that theyr quite complicated for me.

I like how people are already going on about what i already mentioned. You're banned, thats it. You either buy a new console, or try and do what i suggested.
I have 2 xbox's, one modded, and one legit.
PS. Even if you had waited longer to play MW2, you would have still been banned, over 1 million consoles were banned, beause Microsoft waited till they found a way around "anti-detection" software pirates had. So you would have been banned anyway..
