Only do some working out once a week, mostly to support my regular training, meaning hardly any real weights training.
Meh, I try to avoid those benches. I always have visions where the bar crushes my head.
Pretty cool way to die on... getting your head crushed while benchpressing :P

My visions are more like my spotter walks away for a few seconds, I lift my last lift and my arms just spasm..I drop the bar and it lands on my throat, crushing my esophagus and then I bleed out of my mouth and die a little bit after of suffocation.
Not a particularly beautiful sight..but hey. I still lift though, but I dont go over 300 pounds because..well...I dont need huge muscles to live, and I just don't want to accidentally drop the bar on my throat.
Makes me wonder how much fun it would be to suddenly find out you have epilepsy while driving a car.

I have also just started to get training again, and I also blame the sun heh, although im door supervisor so a little extra size is never frowned upon :).
Started loading on creatine and getting plenty of protein and already seeing nice gains after just 2 weeks :)
use ZMA too, good thing that is.
