ctrl alt delete search for msblast.exe or mslaugh.exe close them up install the patch

once u do that do control atl delete again and go to exploere.exe and close it up

if u get the shutdown thing u can stop it by typing

shutdown /a or(-a) in the run box

i cant remember that well sorry :p
