Even though 1 in a million is a small chance, there's 6 billion ppl in the world.

Now if it WAS 1 in 1,000,000 then from the 6,000,000,000 ppl on Earth, this head shatteringly small chance would mean that:

6,000,000,000 / 1,000,000 = 6,000 cases of ppls heads exploding from the pressure of them sneezing can happen right now. Where are they?

It was b'coz of a disease that was going around in the old ages...

The first signs of it was sneezing..

So u say "bless you" so you pray for them (not get sick etc)

And it's a nice thing to do :)
