I'm kinda "lucky" the previous place i lived - 4 apartments on the same floor were students only , being one lately my gf for a few years the rest of the building were "escorts" , so on the Cafe or whatever you wanna call it , we would be talking with them , beside they were woman's nevertheless and talking and flirting never hurt anyone
