Can you speak in english or you can only write in english or both?

Just to wonder, cause there are some people that speaks english perfectly, but when you speak in real life, you doesn't sound like you write in forums

Never even tryed to talk in english but next month i have to give a presentation about a movie , that will last for 10 minutes, IN ENGLISH!! :(
