Alot of Pure Chineese games require you to be a legit citizen and register your citizen ID to be able to make an account, they can tell from those.
And I think this is a good idea because there is PEDOPHILES ingames talking dirty to boys, who think that this is a girl.
BTW can you guys see the "Infractions: /1 (1)" Under my location.. just noticed this was there and it was never there before when I got an infraction, can you guys see this or is it just client side?

This is not cool lol, ive made so many female chars on all games ive played. I don't see how it affects anyones gameplay unless that guy is sending nude photos of "themselfs" for items.

As for girls having to prove they are in fact girls; sad. Who even cares? Aren't games meant to be FANTASY, RECREATION.. FUN? Yeah.. dare I say it, FUN. Seems some people have a problem with having a good time. As long as you aren't hurting others, who gives a crap what you do in a video game.
I am lucky that the few guilds I have been in on WoW have been pretty diverse, lots of young and old, male and females, students, parents.. No one cared about your gender. Sure, you get the "funny" jokes here and there about females, but its no big deal. If you really find yourself falling in love with a female avatar (either playing or playing with), you really should take a step back and think about the reality of the situation.
It is funny to me though when guys act "different" around a girl online. It's like they don't have any girl friends or even acquaintances. Pro tip: Theres tons of girls all over the place, its not that crazy of a concept to meet one and befriend them. Girls aren't mystical beings sent from heaven that only appear every fortnight when the moon hangs high in the west.

tbh i used to play sims 2 (love to download custom things and made amazing houses) when i was studying my last year of architecture. well, once i get the house finished i used to get the house full of female character and one man with my name. wooho a dream for every heterosexual man on world, isnt? Think it;s been clearly established that the rule is ghey and also confused. They can't prove whose a girl and whose not, only some methods that can be worked around, it seems to me they want less money? Well...:)
