Christmas Shopping...Help Meh!

Lulz, I come to this thread in need for Christmas shopping advice. If anyone could help me, that'd be really nice.
I have to sisters, one is 18, and the other is 19. And then theres my parents. I have racked up $400 extra dollars after buying stuff for myself. I want to try and limit the amount that I'll spend on each sister to about $60, $100 on each parent, and the other $80 on friends (but I don't need help on friends)
But the only problem is that..well, I have no idea what to buy anyone in my family.
So I have what seems like 25 days to shop for gifts, but I kind of want to start today or tomorrow so I can save some money because of some Thanksgiving weekend sales.
So help plix0rz!

Then when they're halfway through ripping into you for 2 minutes, tell them you were joking.

Or, swap smack with "My girlfiriend's pregnant".

I just buy chocolate for my two sisters, they're only 9 and 11 yr old but its a cheap way to make them happy
