When you go to load it up does it freeze up and your internet ceases to work while MSN is froze?
If thats the case, it happened to me on my last install of windows (I believe it was from a virus I obtained while trying to 'get through' (hehe) windows validation (fucking microsoft bitches fucked up my 3 windows xp oem cd keys). I fixed the problem by reformatting, applying all windows updates, and then installing windows mesenger (I am using windows xp profesisonal right now, windows xp home was causing me the errors)
If its anythign else, PLEASE describe it with more details, its -very- hard to diagnose any problems when all you say is it froze up or wont load up whatsoever.
