Mozilla Firefox 3 with AdBlock Plus. Take 5 minutes to block every ad on the main index page.
Laz-low nub! Just take the USA easylist from ABP. It asks you which list you want after you install it. Or now go to settings or so and go to filters. :) It blocks all adverts on every page.
