The reason i got my qualification in it was coz at college when i did it it was free so they could afford to have it installed on all the PC's. They couldent afford to buy the license for PS. Think its PSP 7 thats free..... Anyway i dont really know much about PSP other than it can do allot of the things PS can do (from what i remember during those lessons long ago). i just think the user interface for PS is better. But hey..... its prolly coz i already know it inside out :confused:

PSP is indeed a program that you can get with a package, simply because it's not near as expensive as PS, however it's very user friendly, and has options that most users won't even use, PS is a waste for most people.
It's really that PS is for people that go way further with things, and for the rest PSP, but like i said most people that have PS don't really need it, most of those people downloaded and just have it because it's the best, but they don't realise that the things they do are easier to do with PSP.
PSP is made for everyone, so they spend time to make it user friendly, where PS sells most of their products to companys etc, and the people using it aren't stupid, and don't need the fancy user friendly stuff, just lots and lots of options.
Now i could explore PS and end up with knowledge over a better program, but i don't need it, PSP does everything i need to do, so i can't be bothered.
Btw PSP7 is from 2000, there are these days freeware that can do a lot that PSP7 also could, so they are probably just getting rid of the CD's, and hope that some of the people that get it upgrade to PSP8.
