That look's like some files that AVG picked up on my computer. I'm not sure if it's an actual virus or not, I just clicked heal and I've never had the problem.
I'll find this out now.

i think that menuraze.dll is the start bar ect, so i cant actually do anything on the computer after logging on, to solve this problem, and i cant install things whilst in safe mode so ill get me avg when i fix this :D
Vundo, aka Virtumonde, local pain in the ass. Pop-up trojan. Search for VundoFix.

I would get this flushed out asap.
Where do you think you picked these up from anyways?
Use NOD32, it will rape the virus straight in the ass!
Let's hope it doesn't come back for more.Originally Posted by Jamie

I have no job here, i'm just a regular user with a fancy color and same stuff as subscribers.
2 things.
1. There is absolutely no indication she did any searching herself at all.
2. No one here will offer anything that a good search won't already offer, the methods are known, the methods are put on sites, infact the only reason why anyone on this forum could tell her how to remove it, is if that person encountered the problem him/herself and looked it up on the internet...
3. Wrong section
http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=menuraze.dll
http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=kanelewu.dll
the dlls should be clean since there are no google results.
I'd love to help but... this is the wrong section and you know it. Since the last thread by Rickpwns i refuse to answer Hardware/Software issues outside of the proper section for the plain section that there will always be idiots posting shit they don't know about and the true answers get ignored.
If you want help next time, ask for it in the proper section.
Worst explanation ever?
If you want things like these done, then you just need to do it yourself, there is a difference between asking for help because you can't figure things out and others do have that knowledge, and being a lazy ass and asking others to do your searching.
check it on yahoo.com/answers
