A drug that gives you a four digit IQ, like the one in Limitless.
If you've seen even one episode of That's So Raven, you'd know that When you "look into the future", you're looking at what's actually going to happen. This outcome can be possibly caused from you actually knowing it will happen.
Example:
You see your girlfriend breaking up with you in the future. Your girlfriend then texts you asking you to "talk". You freak out thinking she's going to break up with you, and make a fool out of yourself because of it. She breaks up with you since you made a fool out of yourself even though she originally was going to ask you if you wanted to meet her parents.
The drug didn't make you smart. The drug allowed you to use the full capability of your brain. If you are stupid now, you're still going to be stupid. Smart people, however, have the chance of having a four digit IQ.
I would agree with the recordable dream concept. I am most definitely fascinated by dreams (and why we forget them so easily).
I would also want some type of rover system that sent rovers to different galaxies that somehow were able to send a signal back. I am extremely curious what is beyond our solar system. If I could go on a one-way trip outside our galaxy, I would be fine with that. I would most definitely die happy in that situation. Either that or dying in a black hole. I have so many goddamn question about space D:
We already do. Anyone who tells you we don't use our entire brain is using a science book from like the 80s. We use it all, but at different times depending on what we are thinking about.
Scientists capture video of a thought being formed in a brain | VentureBeat
Video of a thought (of a small fish, granted). As you can see the thought moves around the brain. We have sections dedicated to specific things, like taste has its own area, same as movement etc.
So yeah, using 100% of your brain at once would pretty pointless. It'd probably look like you were having an epileptic fit or something.
If you want an increase in IQ, it's all about density. Something you can already increase just by learning new skills, you don't need a drug to do it.
The topic is Cool inventions you'd wish to be brought to life. It's an imaginary thing, it doesn't have to make sense. But cool, I've heard two stories, so I never knew which one to believe and I never got around to looking it up on Google. Thanks for explaining.
Scientists use brain imaging to reveal the movies in our mind
We're getting close. : >

lold at the that so raven reference
but no, you are wrong unless you were trying to say that the future happens whatever way no matter what you do to change it, the future is a fixed presence that cannot be changed because the future is the outcome of actions. for example; you see your girlfriend breaking up with you in the future, no matter what you do shes going to break up with you because whatever you DID before she broke up with you is cause of action to WHY she broke up with you if you get what i am saying.
