I never say this unless I need to, and it needs to be said now. You really need to learn to shut up.

Ron, each person deals with it in their own way it's gonna feel shit now but brace yourself because it's gonna hit you hard like a brick wall in a day or two...

Yeh that was kind of out of line in my opinion, He isn't you, He may not even be like you, And he's trying to deal with somoene close to him. He asked how to cope with the death of a loved one, Not "Please come to my thread and act 'hard'"

Do you have any common sense whatsoever....your a failure.

@Ron - Sorry to hear that T.T , best thing to do i think is to try to just talk with your family. You guys should be together at a time like this.

moved to outerworld and I'm going to delete certain posts and infract a few mother fuckers.

anyway, sorry about your sister man, coping with death is never easy and tbh it's really quite impossible.

you can't just cope with death, you need to be able to move on but before you can you have to mourn.

mourn for as long as it takes for you to realise all the good memories you've had and that even in her death she still means as much.

All you people that said "Stfu" Or "Your a failure" I don't really care, Everyone dies, Everyone deals with it. Millions of people die every day, Do you give them the value of a doubt. Me and whoosh talked about this. Plus he posted in the spamzilla section before it was moved. Not trying to flame, Just trying to get people to be quiet.

My grand mother once told me:

"The day you hear someone you loved has passed away, 40 knives enter your back, each passing day, 1 knife is removed, the 40th knife, will remain there for the rest of your life to remind you of that person"

I'm really sorry to hear this, Do try to get your mind away from it, it might help, be thankful about the good times you had.

    Rest in Peace.

My thoughts are with you and your family...

    GTFO

I honestly care about Ron, We don't talk a whole lot, but we got a few things in common, And I honestly think it was damned rude of you to tell him to just get over it. He's mourning over a lost one, that's his choice, and I support it, He quite apparently was close to his sister, And he lost her, It's true that a million people die every day, but it's not a million people you are close to.

All am gonna say is - Wherever your sister is now, she'll only want you to be happy and the least you could do for her is to be happy yourself coz that'd definitely make her happy.

Sad that she had to part with you in body, but she will never in heart and soul. Stay strong buddy.

    Re: coping with death

Ron, it's tough and unbearable losing someone (my grandpa and my dog), and I know it's going to be a while before your emotions clear up. I was never really close (personally) when my grandfather died, but when I saw him in the hospital and when I saw him in the casket at the funeral, I couldn't help but swell up in tears and just sat there.

All in all just try to remember the best times you have, even if it means remembering recent events. If anything play something on your sax that'll remind you of her :)

my dog, on the other hand..:\ well I was with her for 11 years...that's a long time to be devoted to something to have it taken away from you :( but in the end she was blind and losing hair, it only seemed fair that she needed to go.

if you need to talk to me on msn bud, I'll try to be on sometime.
