ringmaup is you haven't noticed, but Akaruz was using what we call a "figure of speech" which would relate to mental being a boss like in a factory, but in reality he's the owner of the forum, thus making him the "boss" because he "owns" this place. You know it better to just call you stupid, but there could have been a miss-communication somewhere around there, but I'm going to say it was plain old ignorance.
