I have to be honest when i say that i wouldn't make him so quickly a mod, nice guy and all, but the same thing he does as a mod is what he used to as a GM.
Doesn't make him a bad person, but not a good mod.
You say he did what the public wanted, but sometimes that shouldn't be done, there are all sort of reasons for that, this includes that maybe 1 part of the community wants it, but not the whole community.
Just my oppinion.
SIC was indeed popular with the community, but then again when the real heat came then he wasn't the one to cool it down.
I would make him mod for sure, but when people are rebelling then you need a person who can stop that, and that's not just requesting a ban, it takes much more.
QuikS is one of those people who i would put on trial, but it's not upto me.
Now you don't know me as a mod/admin, the abuse and all i got was when i banned someone for giving other people shit at their moms etc, or racism, things like that, i don't accept those things, so i gave a instant ban, then i got the shit and all about being corrupt.
Except for that i had very little trouble.
When i left many people thanked me and even told me they had respect for what i did all that time, i know not much, or nothing of that is left, however if you get that from people, even people who i had banned before and all, then that says something, i must of done pretty well to get such comments.
I'm not perfect or anything, i'm far from it, but i believe that i can do more good for this community then bad, i got multiple reasons to believe that.
If you wish to leave and start a new board then feel free to do so, but something tells me with your view on things that it just can't get a big succes, but again feel free to create a forum and prove me wrong.
Oh and why would i edit your posts?
Btw if i could add moderators then i would get Cap and SIC.
