    Dont know about how much vb can do and cant do since I never use the language... However if it cant even handle a task to portprobe an ip as soon as it contacts the program then why would anyone ever wanna use it? But this is kinda getting nowhere... If the forum is run in vb (which I doubt based on the files it uses...) then I can understand that perhaps it's impossible (as I said I dont know vb) though I would suggest using another language then...

    vb = vBulletin, a php scripted forum.

    And it's the best around, so before you go around saying sarcasticly about another smart mod, then at least get your storys straight first.

    So my story is straight.. A little missunderstanding about vb but vb is the normal short for Visual Basic... but as I said..

    lolol at either man, u can stop some proxys like that but most you cannot.
