Robert that's really weird :| The guy must be nuts, you should have reported him... But even the first time.. There is no place with no minimum speed except the motorway, you should have reported that bastard as well lol.

I failed my first time on my driving test because i went passed a stop sign.
I failed my second time because i went to fast.
I passed the third time.
It just takes patience and confidence. Believe in yourself and you could do it. I hope you pass next driving test.
