Keep setting up empty servers, the more there are the less likely you'll be the one to get caught.

i dont see the harm of having a server? is it hurting anyone? not like the kids that play them are actually paying you to pay like sulake, theyre just scared because eople get free credits etc.. and sulake makes us pay, sulake can burn in helll i dont think they'll be around in 5 years lol

Firstly, what you wrote isn't a LAW, Sulake isn't a government and they don't pass LAWS.
Secondly the only reference to emulators is in the Terms and Conditions, so Sulake can only do something if they can prove you're registered on their site otherwise feel free to make a retro, just don't host the DCR's

Surely only if you have signed up to Habbo Hotel you are agreeing to the Terms of Service - If you haven't, then you don't have to agree to their terms of service whatsoever.
