Man you Habbo guys make me laugh. After working with private servers for over 4 years now I've seen about 3 servers go down, only one that could be considered a law suit (l2extreme). Every company threatens, they hardly ever follow through.
I've received letters myself, most of which I pretend like never happened after a few days. I've even gotten one in the mail after one of them contacted my hoster.
I'll call their bluff and say it's an empty threat
