    exactly why i joined ;)

    j/k

i joined to lean down to 7% bodyfat so my senior year i can start bodybuilding competitions and do a little pwnage while im at it :D

if you can handle the conditioning, i definetely recommend wrestling.

you burn the same amount of calories in 5 minutes of wrestling as you do with 15-20 minutes of running.

i take in 7000 calories per day and i have bad metabolism during training and i still lose weight!!!!

this is off season also, in season is like hell, 2 hours of non stop conditioning/wrestling.

if your worried about throwing up, don't join, its a given you will.

wow, that stuff is plain scary, then run ya till you puke.

in the army, people do so much cardio that they actaully burn off "excess" muscle.

its basically muscle that you dont use or hasnt fully developed yet.

a little known fact, famous bodybuilders do no more then 30 minutes of cardio per week cause it causes them to lose muscle mass at a rapid rate.

as for me i got 30lbs left to go before i am at 7% bodyfat, which isnt to bad, i dont have a gut or anything i just wanna show off my 6 pack and pecs and stuff.

maybe ill post some body shots up for becky and neo in season ;)
