do emotes annoy you?

I actually avoid conversations wth girls thru msn because, even if they don't have an emote for every word, portuguese girls use really annoying abverbiations supposedly to make the sentence more cute :s

this together wth light pink letters and a really small font provides wth a big headache after 5 minutes of reading

I only try to use them to convey my actuall reaction at the time.

but they can be very irritating. I do have to agree that girls are the worst. An emot for every thing drives me crazy!
